IRCC asked for Medical again - Super Visa

My parents compelted Upfront Medical in August 2023 with form IMM 1017B before applying for super visa.
Now Decemeber 2023 IRCC sent a request to complete medical, no new tests but seems to be same again. Is this normal? Shall we redo and pay again for new medical?

Medical results should be good for 1 year. You should be able to use the same medical you have done in August 2023.
