What happens with dependants out of country when it comes to ppr? we are not there yet, but once they send their passport in, do they have to wait for pr card in their home country before coming to canada, or are they able to come with whatever gets stamped in their passport and then apply for pr card here? How long do they have after approval to land in Canada?
