I applied via inland sponsorship application to sponsor my spouse. today i receive an email from CIC that we receive your application after 09 month of delivery date. They need me to update me about any change of address or birth, divorce etc. After i put up the application we have baby boy born after one month. My question is do i have to update this information to CIC as he is already carried Canadian passport and not required any PR to stay here. Please guide me in this regard and how to reply them. Thanks

Yes, you have to inform CIC, send the birth certificate with an explanation letter.

E-mail received for incomplete form IMM5669 April 29, 2015. Re-submitted.
Called CIC Help Centre May 14th to check on status, they said IMM5669 was still incomplete and what was missing. Resubmitted this form May 19th.

When I check the online application tool, it states that my application was received as well as the medical results. Does anyone know if this is all I'll see for a while? I am unsure if there will be a notification that states that the application and all forms are now complete. Any input is appreciated!

Hello Guys

Just a question regarding travelling outside Canada during Inland application

I have a multiple entry visa and student visa till 2017 ...

Can i travel for vacation outside Canada by the end of this year knowing that we gonna send the application by June 2015?

I'm just scared they gonna prevent me from coming back to Canada and i gonna lose my studies and our application of course ... PLz advice !!!!

Hi Guys, I'm having issues with two Forms IMM5669 and IMM5406, CIC has requested another due to missing information, I created a thread for each form so see if you can provide some input, this has delayed our APP for about 3 months now :-[.

hi everyone! a friend of ours submitted their inland spousal application in December 2014 WITHOUT the OWP application. In jan 2015, they submitted their OWP application. The principal applicant (husband) got his OWP today. just sharing in case it helps.. Good luck to everyone!
