Inland application.. Question about Notice of assessment and income slips. Help.

CIC requires all your your income slips. T4, T4E, T5, AND T5007. However, today we called the CRA and they told us that T5007 and T5 don't
apply to us since my wife didn't receive any
compensation benefits or social assistance payments nor she has any Statement of Investment Income, so
in that case are you supposed to do?

For us we've submitted the most recent notice of assessment we received from mail, T4 and all photocopy of all pay stubs in the past 1 year from the date of submission.

plus Employment certificate as well with stating my hours per week.

So, the T5007 and the T5 aren't mandatory then..

if you don't have the T5007 and T5 you dont have to provide it. Provide the only ones you have.

T5 is for statement of investment of income. It will be mailed to you by your bank
i think if you have rrsp investment.

T5007 is statement of benefits (Social assistance payment from the govt) if you have this, you are not eligible to sponsor.
