I am sponsoring my husband from
In canada class (he is out of status that's why we chose this way) the most recent tax year I had no income
To report , so there was no proof of my financial stability besides the fact that his parents support us financially, I have been working for about a month and make an ok income better then noting , I know the sponsor approval will take 16 months approx, will they want updated income by the time my application comes around? I would have a much better income to show for the next taxation year and just wondering if they will ask for new income and option c after my 16 month waiting period , thanks!

There's no minimum income required for spousal sponsorship.
All you have to do, is explain how you're planning to support yourselves.

Did you file your taxes?

Yes but this past year I had zero income to report, so did them with no Income, pay stubs etc. I know there's no minimum income my question is more after the 16 months it will be over a year gone so will they want new pay stubs option c etc ?
