Hi. My name is Werdah and I applied with my husband for my in-laws Super Visa on May 10 through a lawyer. We have applied twice before by and ourselves and have gotten rejected on different requirements. This time we went through lawyer. since they had don't their biometrics November 2018 our lawyer said we might not need to redo the biometrics. We checked online through the website using out application number and said that they were valid for 10 years. Now after 93+ days they said they are rejected on the basis of no biometrics recieved even though online it updated a week after applying that biometrics were recieved. I am very confused and hurt and frustrated. What can I do now?
