In dilemma about NOC code

I have been working in India, the NOC 6321 for 5 years plus, NOC 6322 is also applicable as the I have played the duties under that role.
Both the codes are inter related (6321- chefs, 6322- cooks) both are Skill type B. Can we mention two codes?
Also i am confused as the openings for 6322 are than more 6321.
