immigrate to Québec to work. Can anybody tell me the procedure?

Hello All,
I am diploma to degree computer engineer and as Quebec pnp program computer field is highly demanding I wanted to put my file for that.
my IELTS score overall is 6 band
Have done 2 year internship.
Have 2.5 year year of experience as web developer.
needed point is 59 and my point is 60.

how do I proceed further?

A very broad and general answer is that if you want to begin a process to immigrate permanently to Quebec for work, you will have to get a Quebec Selection Certificate first.
