Hello!

Any input/advice from anybody will be greatly appreciated.

I've already answered most of the questions as per subject above. I do have separate sheets to some of the questions. I am seeking advice because I am quite confused about documentary evidences/photos. I'm debating whether to have a 3rd envelope for Proof of Relationship or not. I say this because I already started inserting photos to questions that are asking for documentary evidences and/or photos. Right now, I'm already up to about 20 pages of the separate sheet of papers and it will still grow as I have more documentary evidences/photos to be inserted as part of the answer to a certain question.

--- Do you think that such number of separate sheet of papers for IMM5490 alone would be an overkill? :-)
--- Would it be best to just have a 3rd envelope for Proof of Relationship instead?

I look forward to hearing any advice from anyone. TIA.

Still hoping for an advice, please?

Usually people put the proof of the relationship in a separate envelope or section, and just use the extra sheets of paper to answer the questions fairly briefly. So it would be unusual to have 20 sheets of paper attached to one form to further explain things. More commonly, people would use maybe one or two extra sheets to explain things, then have the actual proof in a separate section or envelope.

If you are answering the final question on the Sponsor Questionnaire and the Spouse Partner Questionnaire that asks you to provide any further details of your relationship (IMM 5540 and 5490) then this may be a longer essay with photos and other proof imbedded.

Hi,

what i did, i have 4 folders
1- sponsor and sponsored forms and requirements
2-4 proof of relationship
in that form i attached separate sheet for long answers and i just indicated see proof of relationship folders (i also have table of content plus label para madali lng makita nila hehe)

Thank you canadaianwoman and crazy D. I guess I'll just insert a couple of photos (1 page) with a note that more photos available in Proof of Relationship envelop. Btw, since this 3rd envelop will be just documentary evidences/photos, you think it is Okay if I put both my name and my sponsor's name as header for each pages? i.e.

xxxxxxx (Principal Applicant)
xxxxxxx (Sponsor Applicant)
Documentary Evidences / Photos

I just want to make sure that our application will not get lost and get mixed-up with others.

We organized our application like this post shows:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/how-i-organized-our-applcation-and-a-summary-of-all-helpful-tips-i-have-learned-t92449.0.html

It's going to be taken apart, scanned in, and put back together the way they want. But I felt better giving it some kind of organization. Helped us make sure everything was included as well.
