We are in the Live in caregiver class and I would like to know how to fill up the IMM5669 form the #8 personal history to be precise. They only requested one of the dependent child to pass and fill up the entire form but as stated in the instructions that was sent separately, all of the family members are required to answer #8 Personal History too. The instructions that they sent to us separately are not in sync with the Imm5669's own instructions. The separate instruction commands that we are only allowed to say three different answers "studying, unemployed and employed" but the Imm5669 tells otherwise. We are so confused right now because we are trying since 2010 and we spent too much time and money for this purpose, we've been to three remedicals and we could no longer afford to live quite comfortably. Oh! by the way, we are eight immigrants in total and the cost of remedicals are insanely high. I hope that someone with the same predicament would be able to help us and enlighten our vague path to Canada.
