There are a few problems I have when I try to fill this form IMM 5669.
There are a few problems I have when I try to fill this form IMM 5669.
- Under Education, do I need to include my junior high school information (7 to 9 grade)?
- Under Personal History, do I need to include my internships during my 4-year undergraduate program (during scheduled breaks) and vacations (scheduled breaks) which I used to travel back home for 4 months? If so, for the activity, should I write unemployed or study?
- Under Personal History, do I need to mention the independent study away (like exchange) during scheduled breaks which are reflected in the transcript?
- Under Personal History, do I need to put an end date for my current activity, in this case, is working?
- Under Address, do I need to mention the addresses back home during the scheduled breaks? Does this section need to match the Personal History section?
- Maybe this one is a bit stupid, but how can I attach an additional sheet (school and company name are too long).
