Most employers in Canada need you to have some experience working in Canada.

But that is not to say it is impossible to get a job from abroad.

You just need to convince the employer that you have unique skills.

You looks young.Your best option is to go through different immigration options mention in the CIC webpage and start your immigration process.

Otherwise its just waste of time to ask for jobs

It is not impossible, but it's not gonna happen. Your employer needs to get an LMIA to show no other Canadian can do the job and they have to pay for this. For that reason, unless you are at the top of your field they are not going to do that if you are not in Canada. Try one of the other streams, to get PR or study.
