Im confused need clearing up!!

Hi there Ive been checking ECAS and it they have only recieved my application last September 2012, also recieved my medical as well. Last year November they sent an email to me saying they dont need to interview at this point until ive sent them some more information which I did. Now how long at this point am I going to wait? when do they actually show that they have recieved it and currently reviewing it?

Don't trust eCAS. If you are not sure, order your GCMS notes (details on how to do this are elsewhere on this forum).
You may find that your status is "Application received" for a very long time and then suddenly it all starts to move.
Which Visa Office are you using? Some of them take a VERY long time.
