IELTS TRF in British Council

Hi, I booked the IELTS test in the British Council.
There is a section that says "results" where my results will show after I take the exam.
But there is something else that says that they can send a TRF directly to an organization.
The note is like this:
"Test takers will receive one copy of their Test Report Form and can request up to 5 Test Report Forms free of charge to send directly to Recognising Organisations (courier charges may apply). Replacements cannot be issued. "

I tried to add IRCC but I can't find them on the list they give me. Is this necessary? Or is it okay if I don't add an organization?

Short Answer: Don't do it. There are specific instructions on IRCC site that says don't send it directly to IRCC. You have to keep TRF with you safely and just add the TRF number to your Express Entry profile.

From IRCC:

"Don’t ask for your language test results to be sent directly to us. Send us your results with your complete application. Keep your original test in a safe place as we may ask for it later. "

From IELTSCANADA:
If you are requesting an additional copy of your results for Canadian immigration purposes, the extra copy will be given to you directly. We are not able to send your results to migration agents or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC, formerly CIC).

If you require an additional TRF for the purpose of immigration to Canada, you can request to have one directly sent to you. Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) only accepts IELTS results submitted by the applicant.

Please mark “FOR CANADIAN IMMIGRATION” on your application for additional TRF form.

IDP Canada is not permitted to send IELTS results directly to immigration agents or the Canadian government.
