IELTS GENERAL REVALUATION & RETEST - Express entry

Hi, I appeared for my IELTS General on July 28th, 2018 & got the scores L-8.5, R-7.5, W-6.5, S-6.5. Now I want to apply for revaluation as I expect a 0.5 band increase in both Speaking & writing sections. Also, simultaneously I want to apply for retest which is on October 28 & since I am out of time right now as I have create my EE profile soon so I need to make a decision that should I do both or just one of the above things.

Any helpful response would be appreciated

Plz try for both, Writing and speaking improve may times however no surety , file EOR and apprly for new test . Bigger things are at stake
