Hello, I really need help! Haha

Me and my boyfriend are both citizens on the UK, but we are already in Canada.

We were supposed to be travelling though canada then America and whilst in the US apply for our IEC's, but things changed and now we are planning on staying in Canada.

I just really need to know if I can apply for our IECs while we are in Canada? Do we have to go all the way to the UK to do it? Can we apply here, go to the US and come back?

I really appreciate any answers that help, please answer as soon as you can as there's a time limit on IECs. Thanks.
