I am in the process of applying for an IEC visa from Ireland but I also require a police certificate from the Netherlands. However after emailing the Dutch police they have informed me that I am required to send an application to the municipal government that is also signed by the body to which I am applying. I have searched all over the Canada.ca website and cannot find a way to contact anybody at the IRCC except for with a web form but I don't believe that applies here as they are only to be sent after the application is completed and outside the normal processing time. If somebody could please assist me here as I have called a number of Canadian visa offices and have been told they can't help and the Dublin embassy directs me to the London IRCC office.
