If you have or can get a visa to visit Canada, you can claim refugee status as you arrive. Otherwise not so easy. However, if you manage to get to Europe, you could claim asylum there. So maybe it's not your dream to go to Europe but it's safer for your family there than where you are and you have good chances of getting approved for asylum if you were threatened and blackmailed in your country.

However, if your mother is working at the lgbt center, she sounds like a person who is out and proud and ready to fight for lgbt rights so does she actually want to leave Georgia? You know you are not going to get asylum on your own based on your mother being threatened.

The mother did not want to leave the country but he was blackmailed and I want my family to have family safely. The mother should not have to go as it is fighting for the rights. I have two children and do not want to become a victim of blackmail and threats.

If your mother does not want to leave and you are afraid for the safety of your family then you can put distance between your family and your mother without leaving your country.

It sounds like you want to apply for asylum/refugee status. If that's what you want, there's really only two ways to do it. One would be to get a TRV (tourist visa) to Canada and request refugee status once you arrive here. The second would be to move out of Georgia and to another country with your family - and then be recognized by UNHCR or a similar referral organization as a refugee for resettlement in Canada.

You can't apply for refugee status from Georgia - it's not possible

There's no point in posting unless you're actually going to ask a new question. All of your questions so far have been answered.
