My PGWP is going to expire in February 2021. I already applied for PR with PNP paper-based, I'm the main applicant and my GF included in the application.
My common-law partner has her own PGWP that expires in 2022.
There is a question that says "
Are you a spouse, common-law partner or dependent child of a person who:
She applied to PR and the first stage is approved but under me. I'm the main applicant she is a dependent.
So what should I say? Yes or No

- Applied for Permanent Residence to an office in Canada and was determined to be eligible for Permanent Resident status (first stage approval) "
She applied to PR and the first stage is approved but under me. I'm the main applicant she is a dependent.
So what should I say? Yes or No
