Now we live in ontario, but in the middle of this month we will move to alberta, we want to apply sponsorship there in alberta, should i do medical check in here or in alberta?

I don't think it matters to CIC. However, the inland application process can take longer than a year. Keep in mind that the results of your medical exam will expire after one year. Many people are required to det the medical done again. (more money.) I suggest that you wait to get the medical done until just before you submit your application.
