yes i am working

Ask for a working permit, so you can extend your stay. Or do you have any other thing to add?

Ok thanks for your advice i was given the deportation order is it ok for me to still apply for a work permit?

There must be more to this story. Why weren't you simply issued a departure order? Are you sure you have the terminology correct?

Obviously not, I don't know why their telling you to do that. If you have a deportation order their not going to give you a work permit.
