im a canadian citizen and i live in canada
i want to sponsor my wife she is living out of canada
my question is :

is there any limit or minimum of my income to be eligible for sponsorship my wife ?

No and No.
There is no minimum income when sponsoring a spouse, and no time limit. If you are married you can sponsor her at any time.

I think there is a minimum income if you intend to settle in Quebec.

Sponsoring spouse:

When you sponsor a spouse, common-law or conjugal partner, or dependent children to become permanent residents of Canada, you must demonstrate that you have the ability to support them. However you don't need to demonstrate a level of income that meets the minimum necessary income for a given family size, as is the case for sponsoring other relatives.
