I'm a British citizen, the main applicant & have my husband & 2 kids on my file, we landed in Ontario, back in June 2013, & applied for medical & all other main cards, all went well, & we received them by post, except the medical card, all my family received theirs, except my card was not sent to my PO box yet, is there any reason that anyone can help? especially that i moved out from that house & i'm following with the new tenant every day.

Please help!!
 
looks like misplaced in mail...or went to wrong...address..finally went back to office...contact local office by going personally with ur proof of ids and mailing address...like banking statement etc...
