Husband partially owning the business. How to prove POE

Hie, i work at a local company and my husband owns half the business, should i mention that my husband is one of the directors in my proof of employment. Im jus an employee and HR is willing to provide me will all the necessary docs, i have bank statements showing my monthly sakary, i have payslips, appointment letters. Now the question is my husband is in partnership with this organisation but doesnt work there. Should I explain it? If yes wat docs should i include
