Need experts advice or if you know of anyone, how do I apply for restoration for my husband along with my PR. Got bad news today of a WP refusal, now he is out of status as WP expired in August
You cannot "restore" temporary status with a PR application. Permanent and temporary applications are separate. However, if he is in Canada without authorization, that could hurt both of your PR applications...
It would help to know what kind of permit he applied for, and why it was refused. And, what is your current status in Canada?
