How much the CSQ fee?

Good day!

I am writing to you in order to find out how much it really cost the CSQ. I already submitted my CSQ form and they ask me to pay 822CAD$ And send it to the bank name Canada Trust. I just want to know if it’s this is really the processing if you have CSQ?
