Hi there,

I have worked in Canada from April 2013 to October 2017 (Full time) under NOC skill type B category as below. Is that counted as "5 years or more" in skilled work experience in Canada?

2013 - 1,410.36 hrs
2014 - 2,080.08 hrs
2015 - 2,080.08 hrs
2016 - 2,080.08 hrs
2017 - 1,646.73 hrs

No. If you worked full time, you do not count hours, only weeks (52 weeks=1 year). You completed 4 years in April 2018, you would complete 5 years in April 2019.
