how long waiting for Health Card?

I 've applied for my HC like some 4 weeks ago, no card received by Mail yet, wondering how long it shall take to have it being issued?

I only know the date as of which I am covered.

what kind of documents you presented?

1. Passport
2. Record of Landing
3. Bank Statement or Lease agreement?

I think you should call the health care. When I lived in ON, my OHIP card got lost in the mail and they had to issue me a new one. When I moved to AB, I think my application got lost in the mail because I ended up having to go to their office to apply again.

Just goes to show, nobody knows where your card is and if it has been mailed already other than your health care so that is why you should ask them

@Leon: I am going to call them tomorrow, yes I should check whether my OHIPc is issued or not and check the address.
