How long does it take CPP-O to stamp PR visas?

Total 17 emails sent to them till now. I guess they will either reject my case or accept my case..
I am bugging them too much.

Last reply was on 25th April by them saying that they have added my file to priority list. Today is 3rd May. Any one knows how many days would this take?

I have a friend, he is in Manitoba as well. He sent his passport on March 26th and got it back on April 11th.
