Not sure how you expect an answer without any details on education and work experience or even what type of job you are thinking of. With this info maybe someone can give you a sensible answer . Maybe you can tell me how easy will be to win a lottery ?

Hi,

Let me make it simple for you.

Are you married ? - If yes Do you have a marriage certificate ? Did your wife change her name in her passport and get your name endorsed as spouse ?
Do you have kids ? Do you have a Birth Certificate in English ? Does your kid have a passport ?

Are all your docs clear with no mistakes in names ?
Did you live in a foreign country for more than 6 months - Will you be able to get a PCC from there when CIC asks ?

Are all your employers willing to give you exp letters ? Will your background check come out easy or will there be red flags ?

Do you have the required amount of money (proof of funds? )
Will you and your spouse get a good IELTS Score (needed to get those extra points for ITA) ?

If you answer favorably to these questions you have a reasonable chance of a PR.

i need to know before i apply
It depends on number of factors. First of all what category you fall into like FSW, and do you completes its eligibility or not , i.e you score 67 points out of 100. This is the first step.
Then depends on your age, Language skills, education and work experience. Lesser the age, more good the English language skills or french, higher the education and a good work experience of minimum 1 year continuous paid work will help you in securing high CRS points in the pool and hence an ITA.
Currently the minimum CRS score the pool has ever gone is 450, calculate your scores and proceed accordingly. This is general information.

hope this helps, i'm afraid You ll have to tell some details of your skills in order to get an accurate answer

Generally speaking, given your post, it is flat out impossible for any of us to help you right now.
With that said, I encourage you to use the official Come to Canada tool: http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/getting-started.asp

This tool should at the very least tell you if you qualify to immigrate. However, bear in mind that:

* Unless you have already taken the IELTS, and
* Unless you have already had your educational credentials assessed

It will show as being ineligible to apply. Therefore, I recommend one of two things for you:

* Either take the IELTS and get your credentials assessed before you take that questionnaire OR
* For the purposes of knowing whether you are eligible to immigrate, assume you have already done that, and answer any and all questions in the questionnaire pertaining to IELTS and ECA with a Yes. This should at least give you your eligibility to immigrate. Make sure to not make an actual Express Entry profile if you are deemed eligible unless you actually have your IELTS and ECA results in hand.
