How big does your business have to be?

I was thinking about the business immigration and I was just wondering what they expect to see. I'm fairly certain that small business is out of the question, right? I don't have to be at Donald Trump's level do I? Sorry if these questions seem silly but I want to be sure what will pass and what won't as a business.
