Congratulations . Can you please share your timeline with which category Hsw or hccp
Outside applicant get work permit first ,and after 24 months in canada experience,gain pr. But some people say 2020 applicant will get direct pr.Lets see what u get.plz update us as soon as you got decision.
September 2020 hsw inside applicant here.
Finally got an email to update imm5669 for spouse and renewed passport of 1 dependent and also got my PAOR.
I was also able to linked my application at once.
Im just wondering why they did not ask for updated job offer?

hi roye! congrats! maybe because you are still working with the same employer. Is your employer your relative?
Thank you myrrah315. No, mine is a job offer from a non-relative. I am also not working and i am patiently waiting for my work permit approval.
oic, maybe because the job offer comes from a non-relative and maybe you included documents coming from your employer as proof that they are capable of hiring you, just my guess
My theory was those September 2020 up to the current, they won’t ask for a current job offer. Mine was a different situation, they asked me for an updated job offer coz they told me that it was INCOMPLETE which I really doubt. So I guess your job offer is still good. Did anyone get a request of updated job offer starting from September 2020 applicants?

Hmm. I don’t know their basis now. But my request is different, I got a PROCEDURAL FAIRNESS letter instead of an email request of updated job offer.
And to think that when they gave me a permanent AOR last July, they didn’t even bother to check the completeness of my job offer form.
Most of the updates are coming from September 2020 applicants. I’m excited coz I’m October 2020 applicant, and they already asked me for updated job offer last December. I’m praying that I can still avail of the public policy exemption of medical exam for inside Canada (until this March only).
