I have a question please: I got a conditional notice of eligibility for a probationary teaching permit from Quebec and I am outside Canada now and I am not a resident. I tried to sit for the MEES Quebec language test but I was not able to get a visit visa due to the Covid-19 lockdown and travel restrictions. Could you please help as what I can do in such a situation because my notice of eligibility for a probationary teaching permit expires in August 2022? Is there any possibility that I can use this notice in my immigration application via Arrima?
