Hello, I am just filling out the Application for Selection Certificate and Quebec Undertaking Family Class documents.
on Section 4 B.If you are the sponsor's de facto spouse,

I checked "yes" on "I reside with, and have been in a conjugal relationship with.....since...."
but just below there, it says, "I have been in a conjugal relationship with...since..... Due to persecution or penal control, we are unable to reside together"
my question is that if we lived together which is our case, just ignore the second part OR they want me to answer the second part, meaning "No, I have NOT been UNABLE to reside together." it's double negative so kinda confusing.
