Help! PR application cancelled because of wrong reason

Please help! Our PR CEC application got cancelled today (submitted September) stating that we didn't provide the spouse Canadian degree.
First - we do not get points for that Canadian certificate (1 year), we get points for the spouse's Master's degree.
Second - we provided in her education the Letter of graduation, as the Official transcript was on its way, and it came few days ago. And it is a DLI.
Now we will lose the implied status (current WP) expires whihin 2 weeks). And if we create a new profile, the spouses IELTS is no longer valid, so we will not get ITA right away.

You have to provide a copy of the Masters degree certificate or your application will be rejected again. For now you have to see if you can get your employer to apply for a LMIA or apply for a visitor visa so you can remain in the country. And your spouse will have to write the IELTS again, since it is now expired.
