Next Wednesday, barring catastrophe.
My husband is having a terrible time finding a place that will take the correct sized photos for the photos that he sends with the passport.

He lives in Minneapolis Minnesota. Does anyone know anywhere in the St. Paul Minneapolis area that does them for SURE?!

Googling is less than helpful, and we don't have hundreds of dollars to spend.

Also, on the sheet of paper he sends with height/ eye colour, does he ONLY put those, or should he write name, file number, DOB etc?

I want to be safe, but don't want to do it wrong.

:D Hi, Your husband could get the photo finished size:

1 3/8” x 1 3/4” ( 35mm x 45 mm at any studio in a shopping mall.

I have another suggestion.

If difficult to find and need to get it done online ( it seems the cost including mailing will be less than $ 25 to 30.
He can get a latest digital photo on his camera and upload the picture to them.

There is nothing wrong if writing on the sheet of paper the name and date of birth and on the back of a picture.

Some people have reported success with places like Walgreen's, but it varies from location to location as I doubt there is a corporate policy about 35 x 45 mm's. You can try and if they refuse, tell them you'll take your business elsewhere. Or you can just take your husband's photo with a digital camera against a white wall, upload it to one of the DIY sites, download the photos automatically resized to the proper specs, order those prints, cut, and call it a day.
