yes :) he can do this

it is sensitve matter to me, when he applied EE if he is not married then it is ok to add you after got ITA.. otherwise.. he got points to get ITA bcoz of he didn't add you. I don't think so he can add you now.. thing is there is no edit mode available in EE to add you. So he should add you by sending additional family member form and I doubt they may accept. If you don't want to take chance, better wait to get PR and ask him to sponser..

This is my person opinion only..

Adding spouse as accompanying might bring your points down, Until and unless they are not less than the CRS cut off for that draw, you guys should be fine. My suggestion would be add before ITA.

No, in the ITA your husband cannot mention that you would be accompanying him since he initially declared in his EE profile that you will not be accompanying. I have read about at least of couple of cases on the forum where the application was rejected for this reason. CIC discourages this practice where an applicant tries to get more points (to get ITA) by mentioning spouse is not accompanying and later mention that spouse is accompanying in the eAPR.

The only case where he can add you is before getting ITA. He will have to update his EE profile and submit the changes before ITA.

Yes, this. Even if you are added after he gets the ITA, the points will be recalculated anyway during the initial checks in the PR application. So let him just add you and your child as accompanying now.

What if he gets a job offer?? He will get 600 points for that. And if he adds me after that and the scores and even recalculated wont b any problem ryt?

If you are sure of a job offer, then he can add you and your child as 'accompanying' now itself.

Job offer is not enough. He needs approved LMIA and should link it to his application.
