Help needed on PR and Debt question.

Hello All,

My relatives in canada and they are sponsoring me.currently i had few debts in terms of personal loan and credit cards. I am applying for manitoba so my question is :

1) Is it mandatory to clear my debt before applying for PR ?
2) If not then do i need to submit my loan and credit card statement while putting file ?
3) Apart from educational, employee and personal detail what other document related to finance are requires to upload to put file dor PR ?
