HELP needed - getting documents ready for buffalo- Srs please reply

Several questions

Q1. When i submitted to Sydney, I did not complete IELTS test, and claimed 16(I had marked 'NO' for IELTS taken question). Now I am done with IELTS and can put 14 points. So should I change the application form and modify it to say 'YES'.?

Q2. Can I alter the application for for the above and do i need to alter the form to reflect the date change to the when I sign it again (for all forms)?

Q4. For settlement fund proof, do I need to get the bank statements notarized? Or the original statements will do?

Q5. Though the Buffalo form states send fee.. I am assuming I dont have to do it, as I have already sent the fee to Sydney. Please confirm.

Q6. Somewhere in the forum I saw PMM stating the 'Right of Perm Residence Fee' can be sent along the documents to buffalo. Is this advisable?

Q7. Is it necessary to get "Reference Letters" for all past employment, if there is an appointment letter,resignation letter,a letter from my employers releasing me.

7) the 'employer letter' should say your duties, salary, etc so I would advice yes.

Getting reference letters from shuttured companies in going to be impossible. so should i just write explanation for those.
