Feb 24, 2021 - unfortunately declined ITA as I think I am not eligible on work experience (miscalculation)

15 hrs/week, sometimes 30 hrs/week
as per calculation and payroll overall hours: 487.50 hrs

June 24, 2020-present (Feb 25, 2021)
Even though I was hired fulltime I still have different hrs/week
Sometimes I get 22.5 hrs/week or 30 hrs/week
as per calculation and payroll overall hours: 956.5 hrs
Do you think when I get 1560 hrs then I can put my application to the pool?
Or I need to wait until June to get a proper 1 year full-time hrs?
