Can someone advise/experience how long it took to update the contact information (mailing address, email and telephone) after "DecisionMake"? since I currently reside in Canada.
I submitted the web form on Apr 13th, but till May 4th I have not received the updated information from IRCC of Hongkong. which led my "Passport request Letter" to continue sending to my Representative on May 5th. I am so scared that I missed some important letters from IRCC.
I phone to IRCC Hong Kong office and Canada office, unfortunately, no agent was available. although I keep trying many times.
