I am into Health Informatics with almost 10 years experience in a tertiary hospital in the Middle East. How's this field doing in Canada? is there any opportunity for employment?

Hi were you successful in finding a job in health informatics? Can you share your experience and knowledge of the industry? I am in health technology/medical devices/health informatics with interdisciplinary experience in public health and prefer to work in project management/innovation. I've previously lead global project consortia. What is the situation like in Canada?
