Biometric for myself and spouse outside Canada
Medical for my spouse
Police clearance for myself and spouse
Additional family information and background forms.

Good, didn't you send police clearance before or they want you a new one?

How long does it take to check medical? And if medical passes or not, will IRCC send a notification by email or I should check my Gckey?
