HCCP 2019 application status

Good day to all,

I am an employer to my sister (she is in UAE now). We submitted her paper application on November 2019 and received an AOR on January 2020. No updates with her application until we received a letter on August 2021 requesting her to submit her latest documents. There's no update or email as of to date. Anyone here know where to follow up the status of her application?
