Hi mates,
My husband hasn't appeared in Ielts yet.
If I now create my Profile by answering this question "Has your spouse or partner taken an English or French language test?" -----NONE
then will it be possible to add his score later ?

Yes, you can amend and update his score later before submit PR application.
