I'm currently residing in United States on H-1B and got selected for one Canadian company in Montreal and they are filing my work permit under Global talent stream. I'm 33 years old and my spouse is 33 and have a 2 years old kid. I'm planning to apply for PR after getting one year of experience in Canada. I done engineering and one year Masters from India and have 11 years of experience in Information technology. I would like to know what would be my chances for PR and should I leave H1-B and move to Canada.
