As usual, there is no standard checklist. It all depends on the officer. No one knows.
Some have been asked while renewal for sure, irrelevant of their company being small or big.
Your checklist is same as before when you went for stamping last time. You should be taking as much document as possible which will prove that you have work in US for the period you seek visa for.
Every stamping is for future work hence there is no automatic assumption that previous approved visa will give guarantee your job duration at the future in the client site.
