H1B interview slots in Canada

Hi, I am on H1B and have a Canadian visiting visa. I filled out my DS-160 hoping there would be available slots in Canada. But, seems like there are none at this point. After filling out the initial form at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/niv/users/sign_in they asked me to send some documents via mail.
But, I started looking for slots before submitting any of the documents and it seems like there are no slots available in Canada.
Will the slots appear after the documents are verified or am I doing it correctly? And, does anyone have any idea when the slots will be opened? Please help me.

If they are asking to send documents then that means you got eligible for Dropbox. Not sure why did you get that option , coz, for non-residents they are generally showing up appointments even if they are year away but no dropbox. If you have filled the questionnaire correctly then i think they might have updated it for non-residents as well.
