OP isn't Indian. He's pretending to be one to ragebait (like how successfully did it with you). Secondly, racism has no rationale, if it is hate it can still be okay, but racism itself has no reasonable explanation.

OP is from Middle-East. Read my previous comments that specifically pointed this out and your comment serves as a good example of how these deplorable humans rage-bait people to hate Indians. How admins/mods think this isn't a troll account is beyond me? The user hasn't answered any question asked by @canuck78 and has only tried to post rage-bait so far. I don't know if my comment will be removed, but NO ONE thinks this way and I can appeal to every H&C applicant to see if they'd ever think that "Canada belongs to their sub-ethnicity". It is tiring to point these obvious things out, because:
1. we end up making admin/mod's job harder
2. we don't know if we should voice us here and balance things in case unchecked hate harms someone in the long run

Mods, if you are going to delete my comment - might as well run a query on this user's location, IP, browser type, etc on your server logs and see if our troll is back and delete this account. This forum needs better moderation if we are to take anything seriously.

Sadly I fell for the next account this person has created. Sometimes less obvious than others. I swear there are multiple cases a week these days and there is very little moderation anymore. Sadly many will also fall for this but not read through to the other posts and realize that this is spam and think this is an easy way to secure PR.

Also, they don't have income so they needed a financial exemption as well. She granted us both exemptions. God bless her, she is really a very nice human being.

Our timeline:

Feb 2023 - refused
April 2023 - second H&C applied
Oct 2024 - medical requested
June 10, 2025 - officer called and emailed AIP

May I know why they asked for a financial exemption? As far as I know, proof of financial situation is only required after the AIP, right? For example, some people don’t have a work permit (and don’t work) before receiving the AIP, and once they get it, they become eligible to work.
