dear seniors, my application form is returned to me after 80 days.and recieved a letter saying ''Your application was recieved after the cape reached.
& also written,
Note:any reference to work experience in a noc code other than those identified by the minister of citizenship & immi and published in the canada gazette on june 26 2010 is not assesed for eligibility under minis instructions.
Since u did not provide evidence that you have an arranged employment offer, you do not meet the requirments of the ministrial instructions and your application is not eligible for processing.
please help me to re apply, and what does the ''Note'' above mean?
